Allison Cao is the Co-Founder of Visight Limited, a Hong Kong-based supply chain management firm. With a strong background in business development, operations, and strategic management, Allison plays a key role in driving Visight’s growth and delivering tailored supply chain solutions to clients around the world.
Her expertise spans across operational efficiency, client relationship management, and implementing advanced technology solutions. Allison works closely with clients to streamline processes, optimize supply chains, and ensure seamless compliance with industry regulations. Her leadership ensures Visight delivers high-impact results, improving business performance and reducing operational risks.
Allison has a diverse professional background in project management and business consulting. She holds a degree in International Business and is committed to continuous learning and innovation within the supply chain industry.
Jiewei Cao Co-Founder
Jiewei Cao is the Co-Founder of Visight Limited. With over 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, mining, real estate, and logistics, Jiewei has a proven track record of modernizing supply chains and implementing innovative solutions to meet complex global demands.
At Visight, he oversees product prototyping, end-to-end supply chain management, and compliance consulting, helping businesses optimize operations and navigate regulatory challenges. His leadership ensures the delivery of efficient, scalable solutions that improve client operations, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
Jiewei holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Michigan and has previously worked at UBS and the Bank of China Group, as well as in mining and real estate. He is committed to continuously improving supply chain strategies to support businesses in a rapidly evolving market.
